Mojave National Preserve Kelso, CA (1102a)

Kelso Station, Headquarters for Mojave National Monument. The station is absolutely startling to see when driving across a very dry and barren desert. The station dates back to when steam locomotives were used and Kelso was a point for changing crews and picking up water.
