An otherworldly visit to the cemetery

It's not the only cemetery in town, but it's the only one atop the hill that overlooks everything.

He was the local artist and quite a character. The epitaph above his name says, "Even as I, this nation will decay if corruption holds sway."

I find that as the years pass and the inevitable day I take up residence here or someplace like it moves closer, I am more comfortable in cemeteries, especially on beautiful afternoons.
