Thursday 22 February 1990 - Mulleys Motorways (Combs Coaches) Plaxton Supreme bodied Bedford seen loading on Angel Hill, Bury St Edmunds. The Combs fleet featured two Plaxton bodied Bedford 53 seaters which were BPU 222L (a YRT with Panorama Elite body new in July 1973) and HDX 666V (a YMT with a Supreme body new in November 1979). The Panorama Elite model was made between 1968 and the early 1970s with the Supreme model becoming available around 1974. I think the coach in this photograph is the latter.
