Ipswich-Felixstowe Historic Vehicle Run - 5 May 2024 (P1180112)

Sunday 5 May 2024 – Christchurch Park, Ipswich before taking part in the 2024 Ipswich-Felixstowe Historic Vehicle Run.

Ipswich Corporation Transport’s first motor bus was 1 (ADX 1), a Park Royal bodied AEC Regent III, one of six such buses 1-6 (ADX 1-6) new in May 1950. Prior that that date the undertaking had operated electric powered trams and trolleybuses. In fact the last trolleybuses were delivered in June and July 1950 registered ADX 185-196.
