Tantivy Blue 16 (J 24573) at St. Helier ferry terminal - 5 Aug 2019 (P1030658)

Monday 5 August 2019 – Tantivy Blue Coach Tours is Jersey’s largest coach operator.

16 (J 24573) is a Wadham Stringer bodied Leyland Swift that had been new to Blue Coach Tours in April 1989. The next day we had an Island Tour on this coach which I must say I couldn’t tell it was as old as it is. Seen here at the Elizabeth Harbour Ferry Terminal. Note the Public Vehicle Plate (PSV Char-a-Banc) carried on the rear which is issued by the licensing authorities for the States of Jersey.
