Tuesday 25 Jun 2019 (1636) – The Mildenhall area has seen its fair share of traffic disruption for months with a cable laying project out to Worlington, Freckenham and beyond which has closed the road resulting in serious disruption for the buses.

Stephensons of Essex 445 (YX10 FFA) is seen on diversion at Fiveways, Barton Mills actually working towards Newmarket on the 1550 service 16 from Bury St. Edmunds (due out of Mildenhall at 1622). It is an Alexander Dennis Enviro200 that was new to Travel London (owned by National Express) as their 8540 in June 2010 to work on Transport for London contracts.
