DSCN1047 Far East Travel GX56 BKY in Ipswich - 4 Sep 2007

Tuesday 4 September 2007 (approx 1010) - Far East Travel GX56 BKY seen in Friars Street, Ipswich working the 1005 service 140 to Belstead. New in early 2007 it was a Transbus Enviro200 prototype which had the engine positioned vertically in the rear offside corner which enabled an exit door to be fitted behind the nearside rear wheel. Note that the front wheels are smaller than those at the rear.
