TCRB (Boulogne-sur-Mer) 52 (4676 NJ 62) at St Martin Boulogne - 27 Jul 1995

Friday 18 March 1994 - TCRB (Boulogne-sur-Mer, France) 52 (4676 NJ 62), a Renault PR100 (a Berliet design), seen at the Auchan Supermarket on the large shopping estate at St. Martin Boulogne about 6km to the east of the town. This would have been one of the oldest buses in the fleet and I have to say that its grubby look didn’t really reflect the general state of the other buses I saw which were clean looking – and in the modern livery. Note the little bubble character on the front of the bus named ‘Spacy’ which was also carried on TCRB publicity. The present day operator Marineo, owned by RATPDev, has a variant of it on their website.
