Club Cantabrica BNK 854X at Watford - 21 Aug 1983

Sunday 21 August 1983 – The rear access door of Club Cantabrica BNK 854X , a Jonckheere Bermuda bodied Volvo new in April 1982, seen during cleaning at the Watford garage. The on board low level toilet compartment was in the rearmost corner behind the cream coloured concertina door. The steps not only provided access to the toilet but also enabled passengers to enter and exit the coach either in emergency or when the coach was at the kerbside on the continent. The company specialised in beach, camping and ski holidays in Southern Europe with coach travel to the destinations.
