Wednesday 24 June 2015 - Great Orme Tramway car 7 entering the passing loop on the upper section seen from descending car 6. The tramway operates in two sections with passengers transferring from cars on the lower section to cars on the upper section at Halfway Station which can be seen in the distance. On the upper section the running rails resemble railway type tracks with turnouts at the passing place. The two drawing cables are fully exposed unlike the lower section where the cables are housed in conduit.
