DSCF0547 Preserved Yelloway CDK 172L outside Rochdale Town Hall

Saturday 4 July 2015 - Another well turned out preserved former Yelloway coach seen parked outside Rochdale Town Hall as part of the 'Yelloway 100' event. CDK 172L, is a 1971 Plaxton Panorama Elite bodied AEC Reliance.

A much smaller preservation item of Yelloway heritage is the model standing on the front dashboard. It represents Trans-United bodied AEC Regal bodied HDK 803 - although in model terms it is quite big measuring about 60cm (2 feet) in length. (See close up photos later in the set).
