Friday 10 April 2015 (0913) - This National Express driver tries to resolve a problem with regard to a foreign passenger not having the correct ticket/travel information on a mobile phone. Time was when a driver only had to take a written ticket from a passenger.

His coach is a Caetano Levante bodied Volvo B9R (operated by National Express itself) working service 727 which had originated in Norwich (UEA) at 0640 then continuing to Brighton via Stansted, Heathrow and Gatwick airports. It is similar to the one in front operated by Selwyns Travel Runcorn working 0920 National Express service 314 to Southport.
