Wednesday 10 September 2014 (1329) – Centrebus 506 (YX13 EJC), an Alexander Dennis (ADL) Enviro200 new in June 2013, carries a colourful livery to work the Rutland Water ‘Shorelink’ service 44. It was travelling past the entrance to Barnsdale Gardens when operating the 1320 service from Oakham to Uppingham The ‘Shorelink’ service 44 is primarily a tourist related service serving key points around Rutland Water (Rutland’s largest lake) and also some other tourist destinations like Barnsdale Gardens and Egleton Bird Centre. It operates daily from April to September and weekends only October to March.
