Behind that is 421 (W511 WGH), a Plaxton President bodied Volvo B7TL new in August 2000 as London General PVL111. The City of Plymouth had only recently sold Plymouth Citybus to the Go-Ahead Group and the decker had been cascaded from Go-Ahead London General. First Devon and Cornwall 40034 (S374 SUX), a Plaxton Pointer bodied Dennis Dart is behind them.
