Incredibly, despite 9/11, and subsequent incidents, it is still possible for a licenced pilot to rent an aircraft and fly round Manhattan, provide he remains over the Hudson and East rivers. This shot was taken as dawn was breaking over Manhattan, from a Bellanca Citabria, rented out of Sussex, NJ.
