Camouflage in Nature: from six feet away you would not be able to see these at all.
Oystercatcher's eggs and nest on gravel drive.
These were laid almost a month ago now. Generally they will be hatched between 21 and 28 days, so we could have some new oystercatchers joining us in the next three days or so...the parents have taken turns in sitting on them, despite tractor mowers driving past them once a week.
