Back in the hospital for my a-fib. Had another heart episode that I couldn't convert back to normal sinus rhythm on my own. They put me under and were going in to shock my heart and I converted right before doing that. Prayers worked. On another med now but with my severe sleep apnea, the doctor wasn't sure how long it would work. Could use your prayers. I'm pretty overwhelmed with everything I need to do for the weight, high blood sugars and sleep apnea and pretty down. Glad to be back.

It's been 2 months since I last posted. Life has been challenging. Hope everyone is well. I was very sad to hear of Ulrich John's passing. Hope everyone had good holidays and are having a good 2025! I celebrated the milestone of another year around the sun January 28th.
