Remise und Orangerie
Es war sozusagen die erste Garage in Chemnitz. Zusammen mit Villa und dem dazugehörigen Park gehört es zum Gesammtkunstwerk Henry van der Felde. Heute befindet sich im oberen Teil ein Restaurant.
