EPROM 2716
A memory chip for 2048 bytes that does not forget its programming when switched off. It is ready for operation without booting. The program can be deleted by irradiating the chip with UV light. This is useful for us because we can see how such a component is constructed inside. (Focus stacking from 8 images with 2 extension rings (11 + 16 mm)).
~~~~~
Ein Speicherchip für 2048 Bytes, der seine Programmierung im ausgeschalteten Zustand nicht vergisst. Er ist ohne Booten betriebsbereit. Das Programm kann gelöscht werden, indem man den Chip mit UV-Licht bestrahlt. Für uns praktisch, weil man sehen kann, wie so ein Baustein im Innern aufgebaut ist. (Fokusstacking aus 8 Aufnahmen mit 2 Zwischenringen (11 + 16 mm)).
Bergfex club has replied to Boarischa Krautmo clubMan kann den Chip sogar noch kaufen. Wozu das allerdings gut sein soll, ist mir schleierhaft.
