Lake 'Brizzi' and Saykogel (3,355 m)

To get to know the area, we had decided to first explore the surroundings of the Martin Busch hut before climbing the Similaun. This small lake, Lake Brizzi, lies to the west of the hut at 2,920 m above sea level. The ascent to this point - with photo stops - takes a good hour and a half (420 metres in altitude).

Um die Gegend kennenzulernen, hatten wir uns entscheiden, vor der Similaunbesteigung zunächst die Umgebung der Martin-Busch-Hütte zu erkunden. Dieser kleine See, der Brizzi-See, liegt westlich der Hütte auf 2.920 m Höhe. Der Aufstieg bis zu diesem Punkt dauert - mit Fotostopps - gut anderthalb Stunden (420 Höhenmeter).
