Solche Formationen entstehen gerne auf Bergrücken in Ost-West-Ausrichtung. Dort fängt sich sowohl feuchte Südwestströmung als auch kalter Nordwest- oder Nordwind. Das Problem ist im Winter nur: Wie hin kommen?
