To make Hägenmark - it is a jam, you have to pick the fruits and remove the seeds with tiny hairs. You should take gloves because they produce itchung.

over the red shells. You let it stand over night and cook it next morning. When the fruits are soft you pass the fruits. Then you cook them with sugar.
It is a lot of work. to remove the seeds is a very unpleasant work.
