What Is it? 1989 Citroën 2CV 6 Special - F784 EFD
I don't normally blank out registration numbers, but I have with this as I thought you might like to try and guess what type/model of car this is? There are another two photos of this vehicle in the set.

UPDATE: It is a 1989 Citroën 2CV 6 Special

It may well have Ian, although the owner never said as much and it certainly isn't what's at the core of this 'little cat'!

Well I suppose "little cat" should point to a Jaguar - there is a leaping cat on the bonnet and the grille has that look too. Mark II or III?

Sorry, but I think I misled you there Ian, that's what it's pretending to be hence the various design cues. In fairness, given very few people are playing along I'll give you a few more nudges in the right direction and then if nobody gets it I'll come clean.

Obviously, it isn't standard. It isn't English, or even British, but it is European. If it's pretending to be a Jaguar, which we often refer to as "big cats" then you'd think it to be very fast. However, the 'pet name' for this make of car would suggest it is anything but fast!

Spot on Ian - it is indeed a 1989 Citroën 2CV 6 Special pretending to be some long, lost baby Jaguar!
