Musée des Beaux-Arts
The Musée des Beaux-Arts de Tours which is located in the former bishop's palace. The museum houses rich and varied collections.

The museum has over 12,000 works, of which 1,000 are open to the public. The ground floor is dedicated to the art of the fifteenth and sixteenth centuries.

In 1983 the museum was placed under a preservation order.
