Wells St. Andrew, , was a liberal, ecclesiastical parish, and later a bourgeois parish, which contained the Wells Cathedral (dedicated to Saint Andrew) and the surrounding land in Somerset, England.

The area of former freedom has a distinct character within the present city and is still largely owned by the Diocese, with many areas open to the public, including the Bishop's Palace and Gardens.
