Great album! I was admin for a Tall Tale Postcards group on F*ckr, but I've closed it and am no longer maintaining it. It's nice to find another enthusiast here on Ipernity.

Thanks! I actually contributed to your group over on that other site. Have you considered reviving your group here? If so, I'd be glad to help you with it or at least add cards to it (I've only posted about 10 tall tale cards so far here on Ipernity, but I have about 40 more that I recently copied over from that other site but haven't posted here yet).

I was just trying to figure out if you were a member of the F*ckr group! Do you think a separate TT Postcards group is needed here, or can TT cards live under the "Weird" umbrella? I worry about starting a group here with too narrow a focus, so I'm inclined to see how things shake out in the Weird Postcards group for a while. But if you want to give it a go with a separate group, I'd be a co-admin. In the other place, admin tasks were mostly a matter of deleting photos that didn't fit the definition, many of which were from repeat offenders.

Thanks for your reply, and sorry for the delay in getting back to you. I think it could go either way as far as a separate group goes--tall tale postcards would certainly fit in the Weird Postcards and Vintage Postcards groups, but I don't think that would preclude a separate tall tale group. On the other hand, I'm not sure how many others are interested in or have posted tall tale cards here on Ipernity, so it might be a slow-growing group, which isn't necessarily a bad thing. Since you had the successful group on that other site, I'll defer to your inclination whether or not to go with a separate group at this point.
