At Pikk tänav, Tallinn.The police makes sure nothing disturbs public security. The sidewalk along the building is not accessible for pedestrians: there is a fence where posters exhibit demonstrations of solidarity with Ukraine.

There are two other statues of fransciscan ghosts, installed in 2015 by the sculptor Aivar Simson. There is a legend about 3 franciscan ghosts haunting the place and pranking people. This legend inspired the sculptor.
