Old chimney and modern buildings.
The chimney is what is left from an old plant where timber was sawed and prepared for several purposes. The buildings behind it seem to have been inspired on cruise ships. This can be seen at Playa de Poniente (West Beach), Gijón (Xixón).

Very nice composition
The chimney does make a nice contrast to the modern buildings behind.
They will have fun in future years when it does have to be knocked down!
