Two OTHR signals on 3185-3215 kHz and 3240-3260 kHz, below the 80 m band. According to Wolf Hadel, DK2OM, in his 2013 IARU report "Radar Systems on Shortwave", the one on 3250 is located in Romania or Greece.
The strong signal just above 3260 kHz and the one near 3158 kHz are second harmonics of a greek MW pirate broadcasters.
