Unid OTHR 3.25 MHz

Unid OTHR 3.25 MHz
Two OTHR signals on 3185-3215 kHz and 3240-3260 kHz, below the 80 m band. According to Wolf Hadel, DK2OM, in his 2013 IARU report "Radar Systems on Shortwave", the one on 3250 is located in Romania or Greece.

The strong signal just above 3260 kHz and the one near 3158 kHz are second harmonics of a greek MW pirate broadcasters.

Interesting, handy when building an HF TX.

How does receiving compare with the RX performance of a ham transceiver? Could the Perseus substitute for a communications RX?

Reception performance is excellent. However it needs a computer, preferably dedicated.

Thanks. Since my first comment I've done some web searches and found it, and Winradio, both have good reviews. I had a look at someone's Winradio many years ago and wasn't impressed and haven't paid SDRs much attention since. Time to change my ideas I think.
