I could also imagine a "urinal pan flute game". This could also be played individually and would fill the room with music. ;-))

Well, I have heard it only as a joke ;-) But I guess the rules are simple. If the urinal tablet is in the middle, you try to piss it to the opponent's end of the urinal. The greater the flow is, the more chances there are to win. =D
