Someone with a whimsical sense of humour has placed effigies in the upper windows of this gracious old house. I wonder if this is a house ordered from a catalogue, which was fairly common in the early days of homesteading in Saskatchewan. This house had some fine finishing touches inside, but how it is home for all sorts of critters.
