An orb, and you didn't have to go through the rigmarole of polar coordinates. A lovely golden floating fern. What a lovely piece of sculpture, Gudrun.

Thanks a lot, Amelia! The Kiwis have some really good artwork ad the silver fern is a national symbol (think All Blacks).

Lovely sculpture Gudrun, beautifully captured and presented. I like the light on the golden leaf inside the sphere.

YES! YES! YES! What a gorgeous, ferny world.

Thank you so much, Diane! NZ has fantastic nature but is no way as "green" as they want to make you believe. Intensive farming leads to erosion and polluted rivers and coast.

Hmm, interesting!

Sometimes I think island nations take longer to get to grips with pollution because most dirt and waste goes into the surrounding ocean. In Britain sewage used to go straight into the sea, often directly beside beaches, this improved with EU membership.
