Actually it is so easy - I thought what a moron I was;-) Go the the menu on your 6D, 4th tab from the left, second one from the bottom.... You can choose the number of exposures and that the camera automatically will revert to one shot afterwards.

Schönen Dank, Dida! Und ich hab sie hier extra verwirrt;-) In echt sind die einfach um einen Metallkranz gewickelt...
Viele Kameras haben die Funktion nicht, das kostet einiges an Saft, bis die Kamera das verarbeitet hat. Geht aber ganz leicht auch in Picasa (unter Collagen/ Mehrfachbelichtung).
