Klar gibt es Spinnen, es gibt eigentlich alles Viechzeugs, was du dir vorstellen kannst;-) Besonders nett sind die Blutegel...Ich hatte mich anfänglich gewundert, warum in den Hotels im Waschbecken etc. immer die Stöpsel zu waren- bis mir mal ein gigantischer Regenwurm entgegenkam....Danach habe ich auch immer sofort wieder zugemacht,-)

Thanx very much, Tom:-) The vegetation in Bhutan is fantastic- this is already near 3000m, the treeline is at around 4000m!

I think it's because of the monsoon, it gets an awful lot of rain! Roads are often blocked then because of landslides...

Ich glaube das ist so weil dort so hohe Berge gibt. Bei uns gibt es sicher keine Bäume um die 3.000mt. Nicht mal Pinien.

Ja, ganz sicher, Dany! Und das Klima ist völlig anders, das ist auf 1000m noch total tropisch, auf über 2000 wird noch Reis angebaut. Und dann der ganze Regen im Sommer.... In Bhutan leben Tiger auf 4000m Höhe, hat man festgestellt (Fotofallen..)
