Having picture taken at Disfarmer's

There it is said Mike Disfarmer most likely did not see himself as an artist ;-) The way how we define art and artistry is very much changed during last decades.

Disfarmer obviously was skilled and professional. But for example the way he used background was either super lousy or an intentional joke! See the images where Disfamer has used white background with vertical black lines. Placing that line sometimes right behind the subject is just crazy! =D

Both are great, of Vivian Maier was also a documentary, very special person at the least :))
The pictures of Disfarmer are just fantastic
