The peak is another few miles and an aggressive additional 2,800 ft gain. I'll be back for it next year when the days are longer and hopefully less fires (not counting on that part).

Here is my turnaround point. 2,100 ft gain and four miles in. I counted 17 crossings and still saw water ahead running from the springs at the end of the riparian zone.
