This is a childhood pole of mine. A typical, classic CL&P circuit breaker pole from anywhere between the 1970's-80's, after when the whole area converted from around 4800V Δ to 13.8kV Y between 1968-73. Going by the FERC reports. There was originally only chicken-wing bracket construction between this pole prior to the later upgrades during the 1990's.
There is some Hendrix vise-top yuk. If it's original then this pole dates to the 1980's-early 1990's. Otherwise it would have had 15kV-rated porcelain gray insulators (likely non radio-top). You got some nice Joslyn pellet porcelain arresters. Don't see those being put up anymore, sadly. The streetlight looks original too but not sure. Much nicer than the ugly LED fixtures they put up nowadays!
While this Bing Maps shot is from 2014, this was still up as of 2016 when I last visited. I THINK I have a shot or more of this pole in better quality but this isn't too shabby for Bing Maps.
