APS bit the dust around 2000 when new crossarms were fiberglass and the poles steel. I'd take the APS recent 12kv armless construction poles (which at least looks more easy on the eye) over this garbage. >_>

Good to see they're at least using double arms there. Those single arm fiberglass deadends are just disgusting.

Yeah, if there were some V-braces then I'd be somewhat more okay with this. I'm kinda surprised CL&P didn't do the single arm treatment, I've seen APS do the same sometimes.
