keeping a body looking like mine means high maintenance. So everyday I try and get a few miles in on my bike to keep those muscles toned. Today as I rode through the puddles I tried this one handed shot of the front wheel in the water. What is intresting is the double exposure effect of the passing trees above me reflected in the wet ground.
