Actually, this IS a little attractive to me.
I bought a vintage tupperware set at a tag sale years ago, and I feel like I’m forever saying “dammit” (or worse) after prying off the wrong lid from one of the stupid tight orange plastic cannisters.
It’s true I don’t bake much. : )

That's ground coffee, I think. To indicate (without a printed label) that there's coffee in the canister.
