By all means applaud then, laud them, call them heroes, ask people to paint soppy, celebratory rainbows and donate £5 to the same NHS your and all administrations ever since Tony Blair’s PFIs* have been gutting. Please do. Indulge yourself in a bit of feel-good cant. As long as come pragmatic crunch time you stab them in the back. And may the next plague take you.
So say the Snub Fish. And if they say so, I say so, too.

Your graphics are consistently fab. I'm a bit confused though by an immigration bill theme accompanied by an otherwise perfectly valid commentary on the NHS and attitudes towards it.

Well, you know, it's all part of the same mentality & tactics: praise when convenient and abuse when wanted. Especially when it comes to foreigners (and/or other "undesirables"). The vast majority of the NHS support staff are migrants. And definitely NOT earning £26, 000 p.a. So today you cover them in rainbows and tomorrow you chuck them in the bin. Or deport them.
PS. Your praise for my doodles increases my will to live, laugh and generally be a pain in the neck. :-)

Mmmmm ... I still don't trust them. They'll go back to it when nobody's paying attention. These guys (and girls, of course) have not only no shame, they have no notion of justice. They could look up "integrity" in the dictionary and still they would NOT understand the meaning, let alone the practice of it. They are the very pits, they are.
