I have never understood people leaving litter. Sophie would never do it, as she has been brought up properly. When I had a dog, I used to take a bag with me to pick any litter up along the lanes...I can't bear seeing it. Still extremely hot here, but shouldn't complain :-(

It makes you wonder what they live like at home, I know who put it all in the bin although I wonder if it is the right thing to do because the attitude is someone will clear it up if it got bad enough would it make them think ? maybe they like living in rubbish. It's not the safest thing to do but I'm not adverse to opening my mouth I tackled a man on a train who was going to leave his takeaway rubbish on the table where is was he felt justified because his season ticket was expensive !!

It is hot in the UK Fred....very hot!

I have heard the argument many times about leaving the rubbish there, but I cant. It offends me too much. I also tackled a family in Weston-super-Mare a while ago. The mother put all her rubbish in a plastic bag and left it on the beach. I told her the seagulls would get to it and asked if she noticed there was a large bin about 50yds away.....she used it!

Still very hot here. I usually go somewhere on Wednesdays, but I'm staying home today.
