Thank you so much Janet. No masking skills involved..........I overexposed to get the sky as light as I could at the same time as keeping the detail in the flower and bee. In post processing I just played with the sliders until I got the effect I wanted.

Thanks for bringing me up to date on the situation in the USA. Sadly we have the same idiots here who ignore all the rules and only think of themselves.............add all the BLM protests to the mix and it's very worrying. I'm sure you and Steve will be fine though, providing you're sensible! Take care and have a great time......don't forget to pop in now and then :-)

My masking skills are almost none existent Rosa - I simply overexposed to get the sky as light as possible without losing the detail in the flower and bee. In post processing I just played with the sliders until I got the effect I wanted. Glad you like it and thanks for dropping in.
