I used to have a pencil like that, but when it wore down I couldn't sharpen it without breaking it. Probably didn't have a sharp enough knife, or something.

This is a very attractive shot, no color combo is more exciting than red and green!

Thank you. I have 10 of these in various colours and I'm trying to think of something else I can do with them (photographically speaking) before I hand them over to the grandchildren!

Die rote Spitze ist der Hingucker, aber interessanter ist der naturbelassene Schaft. Das muss die Sorte Buntstifte sein, die im Garten wächst ;-)
