UKR[25] - sitrep : 17June2025 {pt1 - Massive Attack} ---

Another very large scale attack with a record 472 weapons fired at UKR.

Ukrainian air defences shot down 262 of 440 shahed-type drones (approximately 280 of them with explosive warheads), another 163 UAVs were intercepted by electronic countermeasures, or crashed.
Overnight, UKR also shot down a number of missiles :-
One of 2 Kh-47M2 Kinzhal missiles was shot down and the other crashed ;
15 of 16 Kh-101 cruise missiles were shot down ;
8 of 9 Kh-59 / Kh-69 aviation guided missiles ;
and one Kh-31P missile.
ru navy had also launched 4 Kalibr cruise missiles.
