Casting marks on wheels, tyres and axles.

BRCWCo = Birmingham Railway Carriage & Wagon Company - plus their "star" trademark, plus this wheelset is dated 1912.

I do know that many collieries own workshops would swap wheelsets etc around to keep waggons rolling, as that was often quicker than having stock left standing and awaiting attention in the strict order of arrival.
