Almost 30 years of tracking anthropogenic [caused by human activity] greenhouse gas emissions.
As a world, we definitely have NOT got on top of this problem and the consequence is an increasing rate of global warming / climate change. The affects of which are disproportionately felt by the less developed nations.
The solution needs both government & individual actions as many little things soon add up.
