wst - weather warnings Eunice [evening] 17Feb2022

Storm Eunice continued to develop, and by the evening of 17th February, the UK's Met Office had revised the severity of the warnings for Friday, 18th February 2022.

This included a rare RED warning, initially for the north coasts of Cornwall, Devon and into the Bristol Channel, during the late morning on 18th February.
