UK Politician, and IMO neither a good nor particularly popular one, although she was in cabinet for several years and she did manage one or two useful actions.

E2A - In September & October LT was Prime Minister of the UK.
IMO she royally messed up things for a great many people, and destroyed her reputation & popularity.
