B&M - dol/cat/oaw - Butterfly Bush

B&M - dol/cat/oaw - Butterfly Bush
This butterfly bush was living up to it's name, with examples from at least four species either feeding or basking in the sun. Plus several bees ... There was a bit of a breeze and people walking around nearby, so catching a good image was quite difficult, especially as my camera was having a bad day. Maybe I had it on the wrong setting, or something.

I watched for a while, and think I saw at least one of this list (for certain) ...
Painted Lady
Peacock
Red Admiral
Small Tortishell

Also, I may have seen a Comma and a Small Copper as well, but only fleetingly.

Bees included a common white-tailed bumblebee and several honey bees, as well as a few hoverflies.

e2a : There were several other bushes dotted around, as although Buddleias are often considered to be a weed species, they attract pollinating insects in abundance.
[I have some in my garden, and I usually keep them pruned - which means I can see what insects are visiting].
